Genshin Impact Welcomes Mavuika: Natlan's Pyro Archon Arrives in Version 5.3
HoYoverse has confirmed the arrival of Mavuika, the 5-star Pyro Archon, as a playable character in Genshin Impact. First glimpsed in Natlan's teaser trailer, this fiery Archon will be available to summon starting January 1st, 2025, with Version 5.3's launch.

Mavuika's Abilities & Gameplay:
Mavuika is a 5-star Pyro Claymore user with a unique kit. Key features include her ability to ride a flaming steed in combat.
- Normal Attack: Flames Weave Life: Four consecutive strikes, with a stamina-consuming charged attack and AoE plunging attack.
- Elemental Skill: The Named Moment: Summons All-Fire Armaments, restoring Nightsoul points. Enters Nightsoul’s Blessing state, boosting Pyro DMG. Offers a tap version (Rings of Searing Radiance) and a hold version (Flamestrider mount for combat and gliding).
- Elemental Burst: Hour of Burning Skies: Instead of Energy, this ult uses Fighting Spirit (50% required). Fighting Spirit is gained when party members use Nightsoul points or perform normal attacks. The Burst unleashes a powerful AoE Pyro DMG attack while riding the Flamestrider, entering the "Crucible of Death and Life" state (increased interruption resistance and enhanced Flamestrider attacks).

- C1: The Night-Lord’s Explication: Increases max Nightsoul points, boosts Fighting Spirit efficiency, and grants ATK boost after gaining Fighting Spirit.
- C2: The Ashen Price: Enhances All-Fire Armaments, decreasing enemy DEF and boosting Flamestrider DMG.
- C3 & C5: Increase Elemental Burst and Skill levels.
- C4: The Leader’s Resolve: Improves the "Kiongozi" passive, preventing DMG decay after using the Burst.
- C6: “Humanity’s Name” Unfettered: Massive AoE Pyro DMG boosts to All-Fire Armaments and Flamestrider, and triggers additional DMG when Nightsoul points drop low while riding the Flamestrider.
