To make the most of Eve Connect, ensure your setup meets the following requirements:
- Compatibility with Alfen’s Eve Single S-line and Eve Single Pro-line EV charging stations
- NG Firmware version 6.3 or higher is required
- Both your charging station and mobile device must be connected to the same LAN network via an ethernet cable between the router and the charging station
- A first-time login password is necessary for accessing the charging station
- An Active Load Balancing (ALB) license is required, specifically for solar charging
