The Biggest Games Coming in 2025

January 2025

January 17th brings the return of Tecmo Koei's *Dynasty Warriors: Origins*, the first mainline entry since 2018. Prepare for a current-gen spectacle of overwhelming enemy hordes and the satisfying thrill of shouting "DIE, NASTY WARRIORS!" Available on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, and PC.

If you prefer long-range tactical precision, Sniper Elite: Resistance arrives on January 30th. This latest installment continues the series' tradition of… well, let's just say it involves shooting Nazis in the… less-protected areas. Available on all Xbox and PlayStation consoles, plus PC.

February 2025

February 11th sees the release of *Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2*, continuing Henry of Skalitz's adventures in 14th-century Bohemia. Expect a deep, immersive RPG experience in a massive open world. Available on current-gen consoles and PC.

Also launching on February 11th is Sid Meier's Civilization VII. This legendary 4X strategy game needs little introduction. Guide your civilization through history, exploring, expanding, exploiting, and… well, you know. Available on virtually every platform except mobile (for now).

On February 14th, Assassin's Creed Shadows transports the series to feudal Japan, allowing players to experience both ninja and samurai gameplay through dual protagonists. Available on current-gen consoles and PC.

For a unique Valentine's Day experience, there's Date Everything!, a sandbox dating simulator with 100+ fully voice-acted anthropomorphic inanimate objects. Available on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, Switch, and PC.

Obsidian's *Avowed* hunts its way onto Xbox Series consoles and PC on February 18th. This first-person fantasy RPG, set in the Pillars of Eternity universe, promises a more focused experience compared to sprawling open-world RPGs.

February 21st brings Like a Dragon: Pirate Yakuza in Hawaii, featuring Goro Majima's amnesiac pirate adventure. Available on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.

Finally, February 28th sees the release of Monster Hunter Wilds for Xbox Series, PS5, and PC. Capcom aims to refine the core experience while adding new features to attract both veterans and newcomers.

March 2025

March 6th brings *Split Fiction*, a co-op adventure from Hazelight (It Takes Two, A Way Out). One purchase allows two players to enjoy the bizarre sci-fi/fantasy adventure online. Available on PC and current-gen consoles.

On March 25th, experience the peaceful life of a hobbit in Tales of the Shire, a cozy life simulator focusing on the everyday routines of Middle-earth's most beloved residents. Available on PS5, Xbox Series consoles, Switch, and PC.

For a post-apocalyptic twist, *Atomfall* arrives on March 27th, offering a survival experience inspired by Fallout and Stalker, set in a grim, radioactive English countryside. Available on all platforms except Switch.

Also on March 27th, The First Berserker: Khazan, a single-player action RPG based on the Dungeon Fighter universe, launches on Xbox, PlayStation, and PC.

March 28th sees the PC launch of inZOI, a visually stunning life simulator with the potential to disrupt the life-sim genre. Console versions are planned for later.

April 2025

April 24th marks the return of the *Fatal Fury* series with *Fatal Fury: City of the Wolves*, the first mainline entry in over two decades. Available on PlayStation, Xbox Series, and PC.
