Dead Cells Mobile's final updates are here! After years of consistent content additions, the developers are bringing the curtain down on free updates for the mobile version. But don't worry, the game remains playable. Let's explore what "Clean Cut" and "The End is Near" bring to the table.
What's Included in the Final Updates?
These final updates, now available on Android, introduce a wave of cursed content:
-
Four New Weapons: Get your hands on the giant Sewing Scissors and the Misericorde (a sword dealing massive critical damage to low-health enemies, but curses you if you don't finish them off). The Anathema, a heavy ranged weapon, explodes on impact but also inflicts a curse. Finally, the Indulgence skill unleashes a powerful light beam, capable of purging some curses.
-
New Game Modes: Experience the thrill of Speedrun and Boss Rush DIY modes.
-
40 New Heads: Customize your character with a vast selection of 40 new heads, easily swapped via a new NPC.
New Mutations and Enemies
The updates also introduce a fresh batch of challenges:
-
New Mutations: "Cursed Flask" lets you use health flasks without consuming charges. "Damned Vigor" grants a brief invincibility period to secure a kill. "Demonic Strength" boosts damage while cursed.
-
New Enemies: The "Sore Loser" curses you upon defeat. The "Curser" launches guided cursed skulls and attacks at close range. The "Doom Bringer" can instantly kill you if you accumulate over 50 curses.
