This rating reflects the game's inclusion of "excessive violence," "excessive profanity, profanity and swearing," as well as scenes depicting the use of various illegal substances.

The mysterious character played by Elle Fanning is named Tomorrow. According to the game's narrative, she was found in a surreal location resembling the realm of the dead. This ties back to the original game's tagline, "Tomorrow is in your hands."
One of the showcased cutscenes features characters singing "Raindrops Keep Fallin' on My Head," a classic tune by Burt Bacharach and Hal David, while engaging in a conversation with a pregnant woman named Rainy, portrayed by Shiori Kutsuna.
