The New Denpa Men has made its exciting debut on Android devices after its initial launch on the Nintendo Switch in July 2024, courtesy of developer and publisher Genius Sonority. While the core gameplay remains consistent, there are notable differences between the mobile and Switch versions that enhance the mobile experience.
Now You Can Take Your Quirky Little Denpa Crew on the Go!
One of the standout features of The New Denpa Men on Android is its support for cross-platform play. If you've already immersed yourself in the world of Denpa Men on the Switch, you can seamlessly transfer your progress and continue your adventures on your mobile device.
On Android and iOS, the game introduces a new feature called QR Catch, allowing you to scan nearby QR codes to add Denpa Men to your team, a fresh alternative to the Normal Catch method. However, some features from the Switch version, such as Together Catch and Offline Catch, are not available on mobile.
Another exciting addition to the Android version is the Voucher Collection system. After battles, monsters drop vouchers known as Akashi at random. Collecting these vouchers helps you complete your collection, and they can be gifted to friends or utilized in battles to enhance your strategy.
There's also a delightful twist with scarecrows in the mobile version. You can summon monsters using them, and these summoned creatures will join your team in battle, attacking enemies and healing your party. To get a better feel for these features, be sure to watch the game's trailer below.
Will You Catch The New Denpa Men on Android?
The Denpa Men are unique creatures that float invisibly in the airwaves. In the game, your mission is to catch these quirky beings, train them, and embark on exciting adventures. The gameplay includes dungeon-crawling, island decoration, interaction with your Denpa Men, fishing, and exploration of various event-based and extra stages that evolve over time.
You can download The New Denpa Men from the Google Play Store. The game primarily uses touchscreen controls, but it also supports controller use for those who prefer a more traditional gaming experience.
