In *Citizen Sleeper 2*, assembling your crew is crucial for successfully completing various contracts. This article will guide you through the process of recruiting all the different crew members you'll encounter in the game. Keep in mind that while most recruitment is straightforward, some situations might require you to perform well during specific Contracts or events. It's also possible to lose crew members due to a bad roll or miss out on recruiting someone entirely.

How to Get Every Crew Member in Citizen Sleeper 2
How to Get Serafin and Bliss
The first two party members you'll encounter are Serafin and Bliss. Serafin remains with your crew throughout the game but is generally unavailable for Contracts. Both Serafin and Bliss are unlocked automatically without any achievements tied to their recruitment.
How to Get Juni
You'll meet Juni as a temporary crew member on Hexport in *Citizen Sleeper 2*. Although Juni will leave temporarily, you can recruit them permanently by visiting Helion Gate. After completing the Idle Minds clock at the Solheim Records area, you'll trigger a cutscene with Juni. Finish the subsequent Contract and agree to let Juni rejoin your ship, which will unlock the Data Archaeologist achievement.
How to Get Yu-Jin
You'll find Yu-Jin on Far Spindle after completing the Getting Wracked clock at Gaia’s Gyre by selecting “Order a Wrack” four times, costing you a total of 16 Cryo. After this, you'll have the opportunity to talk to Yu-Jin and receive a Contract from him. Upon completing the Contract, you can recruit Yu-Jin permanently, unlocking the The Freelancer achievement.
How to Get Luis
During the Aphelion Beacon contract, you'll have the option to leave Yu-Jin behind. Choosing to do so will allow you to recruit Luis, unlocking the Signalchaser achievement.
How to Get Kadet
You'll first encounter Kadet on Far Spindle after completing the Spindle Core clock at the Spindle Core location. This will unlock a new drive and the Stripline Express location on Far Spindle. After a cutscene, new options will open up at Stripline Express. Complete these to trigger another cutscene, then head to the Scatteryards in a different part of The Belt to recruit Kadet, unlocking the The Spindlejack achievement.
How to Get Femi & Nia
Femi and Nia can be recruited in a similar manner, but you must choose between them. You'll initially work with Nia on Hexport, where you'll also meet Femi. Later, on Floatsam, Femi will ask you to take a Contract to ensure Nia's safety. Upon completing the Contract, you'll have the option to recruit either Femi, unlocking the Big Brother achievement, or Nia, unlocking the Little Sister achievement.
How to Get Flint
After your first visit to Olivera, you'll receive a Contract to investigate the disappearance of Flint and another character. This leads to another Contract where you must quickly prepare a trap for an enemy. Follow Xander to rescue Flint during this Contract, and upon success, you'll have the option to bring Flint aboard, unlocking the Fugitive achievement.
