Pierandrei Patrizia's Artistic Portfolio
A graduate teacher with a lifelong passion for painting and poetry, Patrizia Pierandrei has been a vibrant presence in Italy's cultural scene. Since 1992, she's been an active member of Jesi's "L'Emporio delle Parole" cultural group, participating in numerous public exhibitions and events. Her work has been featured in several anthologies, including "The Enchanted Window" (1996) and "Meeting di Poeti" (1997-1998).
Her artistic journey continued with the launch of her website on Club degli Autori in 1998, and in 2012, she received the prestigious "Best Poetic Voices" award from the "Beniamino Joppolo" Theater-culture Association in Patti, Messina. Her prolific writing saw publications in the "Contemporary Poets" series (Pages ed., 2012-2014), culminating in her poetry collection "Rose d'Amore" (Pages ed., 2014). That same year, she participated in the Twelfth National Meeting of "Authors and Friends of Marzia Carrocci."
Her creative output expanded to include the short story "Christmas Butterflies" (Giovanelli ed., 2015), and contributions to various anthologies such as "Borghi, suburbs and cities" (Agemina ed., 2015), "Writing Poems and Stories" (Historica ed., 2015), and her poetry collection "Viole di Passione" (Pages ed., 2015). Her work has also been selected for inclusion in Aletti ed.'s "Brise" collection and anthologies dedicated to Palazzeschi and Pasolini (Poetikanten ed., 2015).
Further collaborations include her involvement with the Euterpe Cultural Association, contributing to their online magazine and related publications. She published collections in the "Poetici Orizzonti" and "Il Paese della Poesia" series (Aletti ed., 2016), and participated in various Limina Mentis ed. projects. Her work appeared in the anthologies "Ispirazioni," "Colori," and "Messaggi" (Pagine ed., 2017). She was selected for the "100 thousand poets for change Rome 2017 - 2018" anthology, celebrating World Poetry Day.
Awards and recognition continued with her selection for the "Alessandro Quasimodo reads contemporary Italian poets" competition (2018), receiving a merit mention for World Poetry Day and becoming a finalist in the "Tra un fiore colto e l'altro donata" competition (Aletti ed., 2018). Her third poetry collection, "All'alba" (Pagine ed., 2019), further solidified her place in the literary world. She maintains a vibrant online presence through her Facebook page and Gigarte website.
