This game is a third-person (and FPS mode) city simulator where you drive cars and motorbikes. Become a crime-fighting hero in a city reminiscent of Miami or Las Vegas, but actually New York. The story follows a grand hero/avenger/legend feared throughout the city, tasked with rescuing citizens from gang attacks in the city's most dangerous districts.
Dominate the city using advanced military vehicles or upgrade your hero's combat skills. Maintain order and prevent the city from descending into chaos. Are you ready for an epic crime-fighting adventure? Rob, kill, shoot, and fight criminals like a ninja! Steal cars, race through the streets, and take down gangsters. Explore the city, go off-roading, steal and drive supercars, shoot guns, and more in this free open-world game! The city is teeming with gangs and aggressive factions. Become a symbol of justice, or embrace the role of a destructive force. Purchase upgrades in the shop to aid in completing missions and liberating the city from the mafia. Utilize your special powers: laser beam eyes and a powerful grappling hook for climbing buildings. Your powerful legs are also a significant asset. Remember, the police are on your side.
Missions take place in various locations, including street-level crime, Chinatown, and other gang territories. You're on a secret mission to steal crucial information about enemies, army bases, rebels, and the underworld mafia. You'll fight various gangsters from America, Russia, China, Mexico, Japan, and more. The game features a fully open-world environment.
