Apple Arcade Announces March Lineup: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+
While Apple Arcade subscribers are still enjoying Valentine's Day updates across various titles, Apple has already revealed its March offerings. Two classic-inspired games are joining the subscription service on March 6th: Piano Tiles 2+ and Crazy Eights: Card Games+.
Piano Tiles 2+ offers a polished version of the popular mobile game, featuring smoother gameplay and an expanded soundtrack encompassing classical, dance, and ragtime genres. The core mechanic remains the same – tap the black tiles in rhythm while avoiding the white ones to achieve the highest score. With over a billion players globally, this ad-free version promises a familiar yet refreshed experience on Apple Arcade.
For card game enthusiasts, Crazy Eights: Card Games+ provides a strategic twist on the classic game. Players match cards by number or color, aiming to be the first to empty their hand. However, the Arcade version adds strategic depth with features like stacking +2 cards and utilizing wildcards. A competitive leaderboard and multiple game modes ensure replayability and engaging quick matches.
Beyond these new releases, several existing Apple Arcade games are receiving updates:
- Bloons TD 6+: Introduces "Rogue Legends," a rogue-lite mode with randomly generated single-player campaigns.
- What The Golf?: Features Valentine's Day themed levels and puzzles.
- Wheel of Fortune Daily: Also celebrates Valentine's Day with themed content.
- Tomb of the Mask+: Adds a Samurai-themed color quest.
- A Slight Chance of Sawblades+: Introduces a new dinosaur character, Deeno, alongside new sawblades and backgrounds.
- Castle Crumble: Unveils the Mystic Marsh Kingdom, including 40 new levels, a new boss, and a conquest mode.
