Clash Royale's Lumber Love Season: Berserker, Lumberjack Evolution, and More!
Supercell's Clash Royale has launched its Lumber Love season, introducing exciting new content that blends fast-paced action with strategic depth. This update includes a brand-new card, a legendary evolution, several limited-time events, and the return of a popular game mode.
The star of the show is the Berserker, a new 2-Elixir troop. Unlike other low-cost swarm units, the Berserker is a solo fighter. She prioritizes durability over raw damage, making her surprisingly resilient to spells that would obliterate weaker troops. Joining the Berserker is the Lumberjack Evolution, Clash Royale's second Legendary Evolution. This evolution adds a unique twist: after defeat, the Lumberjack transforms into an invisible "Lumberghost," but only while his Rage effect is active.
This ethereal form unleashes devastating attacks on towers, but he's not invincible. Spells can reveal his ghostly presence, and he's easily distracted by units or buildings outside his Rage radius.
February is packed with events and challenges:
- Super Touchdown: February 3rd-10th
- Power of Love: February 10th-17th (featuring troop allegiance switches!)
- Runic Rampage: February 17th-24th (showcasing the Berserker and Rune Giant synergy)
- Lumberjack Evolution Draft Challenge: February 24th-March 3rd
Each event offers rewards such as banner decorations and frames. The 2v2 Ladder makes its comeback from February 10th-24th. Note that the 100 Crowns boost has been removed from the Diamond Pass in Pass Royale.
