Fortnite x Devil May Cry Collaboration Imminent, Leaks Suggest

Recent leaks point to an upcoming collaboration between Fortnite and the Devil May Cry franchise. While Fortnite leaks are common, and not all pan out, this particular crossover has been anticipated for years by fans. Multiple sources now seem to corroborate the rumor, suggesting an imminent announcement.

This potential collaboration arrives alongside other anticipated additions, including Hatsune Miku. While many outlandish character suggestions circulate in Fortnite surveys, a return to established partnerships seems more probable. Given Fortnite's past collaborations with Capcom (e.g., Resident Evil), a Devil May Cry crossover is a logical next step for many fans.

Reliable Fortnite leaker ShiinaBR, citing Loolo_WRLD and Wensoing, has added weight to the rumor. Wensoing notes that XboxEra's Nick Baker initially mentioned this possibility in 2023, and since then, increased insider validation strengthens the likelihood of a reveal.

Timing and Character Speculation

Given the numerous upcoming additions to Fortnite, some speculate the Devil May Cry collaboration might launch after Chapter 6 Season 1. While the extended timeframe between initial rumors and current corroboration raises some questions, Nick Baker's proven track record (correctly predicting the Doom and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaborations) lends credibility.

The choice of characters remains uncertain. While Dante and Vergil are the most iconic choices, Fortnite's past collaborations demonstrate a willingness to surprise fans. The recent Cyberpunk 2077 crossover featuring Female V, despite initial expectations, highlights this unpredictability. Following this pattern, and considering previous Capcom collaborations, Lady, Trish, Nico, Nero, or even V from Devil May Cry 5 could also appear.

The resurgence of this leak has heightened anticipation, and further information is expected soon.
