Embark on a rewarding side quest in Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 by helping Vostatek recover his missing horse, Pepik. This quest, "Lackey," is initiated by speaking with Zlata at Vostatek's residence west of Tachov, or directly with Vitek nearby.
Your journey begins by rescuing Vostatek from a wolf attack north of his home. After safely escorting him to his campsite, you'll discover Pepik has been stolen. Follow the trail of clues, carefully examining each one, leading you to a poacher's camp.
Pepik is located at the rear of the poacher's camp. Strategically engage the poachers—taking them out individually or, if you're feeling bold, mount Pepik and escape before a full-scale confrontation. Return Pepik to Vostatek's camp, and you can choose to ride with him back to his home, a convenient fast travel option. Your reward? A healthy sum of Groschen and access to a comfortable place to rest. With your newfound wealth, you can now purchase additional equipment or pursue other adventures, including romantic entanglements.
