Acquiring the Mistral Lift
The Mistral Lift is a Linear Fusion Rifle exclusive to The Dawning event, available for a limited time only. You can obtain it from Eva Levante by trading one "Gift in Return" and 25 Dawning Spirits. Eva also offers Festive Engrams for a "Gift in Return" and 10 Dawning Spirits, but these contain random rewards, not guaranteeing the Mistral Lift.
To earn "Gifts in Return," bake Dawning treats (like the Neomun-Cake) and present them to NPCs. Dawning Spirits, the event's currency, are earned by completing daily Dawning quests and bounties from Eva.
Once you've gathered enough resources, visit Eva to purchase either the Festive Engram or the Mistral Lift directly. You can repeat this process until you obtain your desired roll.
The Mistral Lift God Roll: PvE Domination
While Linear Fusion Rifles haven't always been meta in Destiny 2, the Mistral Lift excels in PvE, particularly for solo players. The recommended god roll is:
